Prepared daily, Vanille's individual tarts range from luscious fresh fruit tarts to the signature Vanille tart, a combination of a delicate vanilla bean cremeux and strawberry coulis in a crispy handmade tart shell. Other selections include the indulgent bittersweet chocolate, exquisite passionfruit meringue and rustic pear almond tarts. Also available as petit fours and larger serving sizes, there is a tart appropriate for any entertaining occasion or even an at home treat. Vanille offers traditional French pastries such as eclairs, religieuse and royal as well.
