Shipping Information

Online orders are taken and shipped Monday thru Thursday. Any order placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

May - September orders will be shipped next day air (to most areas) via USPS Express. The rest of the year you will have a choice between next day air (USPS Express) or 2-3 day delivery (USPS Priority).

Orders sent via USPS Priority can not be guaranteed for 2-3 day delivery, this is only an estimation from USPS and will be affected by the ship to zip code and other factors beyond our control. For most items we encourage you to choose next day air via USPS Express. USPS Express service is guaranteed for overnight delivery to most areas.

Advance orders are welcome and will be shipped on the weekday specified by the customer. Pleas contact us via email to place an advanced order.

At this time shipping is only available in the United States.

Vanille Patisserie will not be responsible for packages that are returned to us as undeliverable - the customer will still be charged. If a returned package needs to be shipped out a second time, the customer will incur a second shipping charge.
Vanille Patisserie is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS and due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Return/Refund Policy
At Vanille Patisserie, we take great care in the way we produce and ship our products. However, if something you have purchased from us is damaged, please contact us and simply return it within 7 days of receipt. Upon our receipt of the item(s), we will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Please note that shipping & handling charges are nonrefundable. Please make sure that the items you are returning are in absolutely new, unused, and uneaten condition. Due to the delicate nature of our chocolates, if USPS attempts delivery and someone is not there to sign and receive the delivery and your purchase is returned to us, we cannot be held responsible for replacing those items.

Your Privacy
Vanille will NEVER sell, loan, rent, trade or give away your name, email, address or any other personal information to any third party without your permission. Vanille uses your email and occasionally your telephone number to communicate with you about your current orders. We may or may not use email addresses of Vanille members to let them know about special promotions, discounts, and other news pertaining to Vanille.

Secure Transactions
To ensure a secure transaction, all credit card information is encrypted during transmission and then stored on a secure server. Your credit card information is never reused except to issue refunds or make other required adjustments.

ALLERGY WARNING
All of our products are hand-made using the freshest ingredients that the market has to offer. Keep in a cool, dry place (don’t refrigerate) and enjoy within 2 weeks of purchase. The production occurs in a facility that processes nuts therefore Chocolate Bonbons may contain traces of peanut oil and/or nuts. Because we cannot guarantee a nut-free bonbon we ask those with nut allergies to take caution when enjoying the chocolates from Vanille Patisserie. Even Chocolates without nuts may still contain traces of them.

As part of our service, we agree to provide you with information and other services that we may decide to offer, subject to the terms of this agreement. Upon notice published through the service, we may modify this agreement at any time. You agree and continue to agree to use our services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the policies and guidelines outlined below. Please note that you will be referred to as 'customer' in this agreement. By using the service, you agree that you will not attempt to undermine the integrity of this web site.

Wholesale
At Vanille Patisserie we are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality service and product. We offer our chocolate bonbons, truffles, candies and cookies at wholesale prices to those who establish an acount with us.

Wholesale accounts consist of service related industries, such as hotels, restaurants, catering companies, gourmet markets and bakeries. Each new account must fill out a certificate of resale and provide us with the proper contact names and information for their company.

There is a minimum order of two pounds for bulk chocolate bonbons and truffles. Each flavor choice must be purchased in one-pound increments. The shelf life of our ganache-based chocolates is two weeks.
Wholesale cookies and candies are sold by the pound.

INACCURACY DISCLAIMER
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, vanillepatisserie.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. vanillepatisserie.com has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, vanillepatisserie.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
