Petit Fours Classic meets exotic in Vanille Patisserie's handmade confections. All of our candies, chocolates and small pastries are made by hand with the belief that fresh ingredients combined with a great deal of care produce delicious results. Traditional French treats such as pate de fruit (natural fruit jellies) are the perfect way to add color and a burst of fruit flavor to your pastry selections. Vanille’s Pate de Fruit is made from fresh fruit puree and granulated sugar. We offer a variety of flavors including pineapple, kiwi, passion apricot and green apple, to name a few. Vanille Patisserie uses a traditional recipe from Montellimar (where Nougat originated) to create our three varieties of Nougat: Natural, chocolate and pistachio. Chocolate bars, bite-size layer cakes, cookies, tarts and our very popular French macarons, are also available as petit fours or on your sweet table. Petit Fours begin at $1.20 a piece. Customized pastries are available and pricing depends on the intricacy of the item(s). There is a minimum order of 12 pieces per kind & flavor. For large quantities, please place your order 10 days in advance. Tastings can be ordered with a minimum of one week notice. Once you place your complete order with Vanille Patisserie the cost of your tasting will be credited to your final invoice. |
