WEDDING CAKES AND SPECIAL OCCASION CAKES

Cake Designer Keli Fayard creates custom cakes and wedding cakes using the highest quality ingredients, including imported chocolate & fondant and fruit at its peak ripeness.
A standard cake is set up using three layers of cake and two layers of filling, this may vary if your cake is 3D or uniquely shaped. All cakes have a buttercream finish and/or rolled fondant. The fondant is rolled out with a sheeter, which provides a thin layer that is consistent all over the cake.

BASIC BIRTHDAY CAKES
Simply decorated. You can choose from 3 designs: multicolored stripes, polka dots or daisies. Birthday message will be written in a whimsical style on the top in the color of your choice.

These cakes come in 3 sizes:

10” serves 20 for $90
12” serves 30 for $135
14” serves 45 for $180

CUSTOM CAKE INFORMATION
Customized cakes are 3D shapes with intricate details. Prices for these cakes begin at $250, which may vary depending on the detail of the design or size. 30 servings is the minimum size order and can be created for up to 100 guests. Please check for availability of your date at least 2 to 3 weeks prior to your event. A limited number of 3D cakes are created each week. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of placing your order.

WEDDING CAKE INFORMATION
Only 2 wedding cakes are created per weekend (one per day) to ensure personalized attention and quality of work. Please inquire about your wedding cake 6 to 8 months in advance. Please see below for date that are already booked for 2010.

Wedding Cake Tastings and consultations are by appointment only. The couple can choose to pick up their cake tasting at their convenience or sit down to enjoy the cakes at Vanille Patisserie. Please call or email to schedule an appointment. Although the appointment is complimentary, a credit card number is required to hold your appointment date. A 48-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel your tasting, otherwise a $25 fee will automatically be charged to your credit card. After meeting the couple, Keli provides colored wedding cake sketches that are designed within the couples’ budget. The Cake Designer personally delivers your wedding and coordinates the delivery time with your caterer, event planner and/or contact person at the event site. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your date.
